Data Center

The determination of cooling requirements for IT systems can be reduced to a simple process that can be done by anyone without special training. Expressing all measures of power and cooling in Watts simplifies the process. A general rule is that a CRAC system rating must be 1.3 times the anticipated IT load rating plus any capacity added for redundancy.

For larger data centers, the cooling requirements alone are typically not sufficient to select an air conditioner. Typically, the effects of other heat sources such as walls and roof, along with recirculation, are significant and must be examined for a particular installation.

Active Floor Grille with Booster Fan

ACTIVE HIGH CFM FLOOR GRILLE WITH EC MOTOR FAN/AC MOTOR FAN & CONTROLLER WITH IN-BUILT DISPLAY UNIT/REGULATOR

Active floor grille with Air Booster Fans are mainly used in a typical raised floor data centers to enhance more air flow rate through the floor grille opening. EC Motor fan, Sensors, Controller with in-built display unit (temperature/CFM) enables fan speed variation depending on the room temperature.

Fire dampers

A device designed to impede the spread of fire through walls, floors and partitions. Its construction includes a galvanized steel frame and a fusible link, a heat sensitive device (usually set at 165 F). When the fusible link opens it releases the damper components to close. When the damper components close the damper will restrict the migration of fire. Fire damper products are listed with hourly ratings, see “Fire Rating” below. They are also listed as standard (static) dampers or dynamic dampers

Floor Grilles

Floor Grilles enables transportation of conditioned air out of the floor and efficiently cool the IT Equipments in a Data Center. The grilles help to improve air delivery and convenient damper adjustment allows the airflow to be regulated. Design selection depends on the aesthetic, air volume and load requirements. Available in different designs like Linear type, Capsule holes & Round Holes with different opening percentage like 38%, 45%,60% & 80%. Floor Grille can be supplied with PVC Coating for enhanced Anti-Static properties.

Fresh Air Louver

Louvers are a basic and simple part of many HVAC systems and buildings, but they are often overlooked or not given the proper amount of design time and consideration. The purpose of this paper is to describe the proper way to select louvers, as well as point out application issues and common louver features and accessories. It is written for the beginner to the advanced reader in mind. To prevent the paper from being too long, some topics are only briefly mentioned. Additional conversations, details and supporting documents may be necessary to address specific applications.

GI Duct Damper / Volume Control Damper

Designed for balancing airflow in duct work systems. They are typically intended for manual operation with a locking handle and do not provide tight shutoff.

Motorized Volume Control Damper

We offer different types of motorized dampers to suit various types of site applications according to the customer’s requirements.Materials: All types and models of Motorized dampers are available in G.I*- galvanized sheet steet.Designed to stop the spread of fire by means of localizing areas of fire zones, to prevent the distribution of fire through a/c ducts or walls in central HVAC system.

Gravity Back draft dampers.

Gravity or Backdraft commonly found in exhaust fan duct work . They open when airflow (differential pressure) is present and closes when there is no differential

General Properties

Plenum

Prefilter

The prefilter products are mainly used in air-conditioning and ventilation units for use in very difficult operating conditions including high velocity ( up to 4,5 m/sec ), high temperature. Our low resistance filters often used to protect heat ex-changer coils from dust, carpet fluff etc. They considerably increase service life of subsequent fine dust filters, thus contributing significantly to operating cost savings.
